• Drive strategies and initiatives that reduce churn rates within your portfolio of clients; • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in day-to-day interactions with client companies; • Monitor and ensure the satisfaction of companies using VExpenses that are under your responsibility; • Participate in client meetings, aligning their expectations with the value delivered by VExpenses' solutions; • Manage some of our Key Accounts by maintaining regular contact to build relationships and identify issues that need attention.
• Proven experience in Customer Success, especially if it involved working with medium and large companies; • Experience in retention and churn prevention; • Experience using cross-sell and upsell techniques; • Familiarity with Health Score, NPS, CSAT, KPIs and OKRs; • Availability to work 40 hours per week; • Willingness to travel occasionally on behalf of the company.
