• Process Management: Full management of judicial and administrative proceedings, from initial stages through enforcement, with independence in defining case strategies. • Strategic Litigation: Drafting complex court filings (answers, appeals, etc.), conducting hearings and delivering oral arguments. • Proactive Advisory: Acting as a business partner to clients, providing preventive guidance to reduce labor liabilities, review internal policies and ensure compliance. • Risk Analysis: Proactively mapping risks and presenting practical, innovative solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association). • Law degree (undergraduate complete); postgraduate specialization in the field preferred. • Solid knowledge of labor litigation procedure. • Previous experience in high-volume and strategic work environments. • Autonomy to manage your own caseload and advisory projects. • Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential. • Good communication skills and professional demeanor. • Advanced Excel skills. • Oral and written communication skills. • Reliability and consistent attendance.
