• Responsible for the litigation portfolio in consumer and banking matters; • Reading court publications and notices; • Drafting all pleadings and filings for the portfolio; • Negotiating and executing settlements; • Updating the law firm’s and client’s case management systems; • Procedural follow-up and case monitoring; • Other routine duties related to the portfolio.

🎯 Requirements
