• Responsible for a litigation portfolio in consumer and civil law; • Ability to manage a high volume of cases; • Drafting all pleadings and submissions for the portfolio; • Entering and maintaining case information in the firm’s and client’s systems; • Case monitoring and procedural follow-up; • Other routine tasks related to the portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association); • Law degree (LLB/JD or equivalent); postgraduate qualification in the practice area preferred; • Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law; • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory); • Strong writing skills and legal reasoning are essential; • Ability to work well in a team; • Good communication skills and professional demeanor; • Ability to handle large volumes and urgent demands; • Oral and written communication skills; • Sense of urgency; • Reliability and regular attendance.
