📋 Description

• The attorney will be responsible for the client's litigation docket and administrative matters. • Drafting all pleadings and legal documents; • Direct client contact and alignment of legal strategies; • Negotiating settlement agreements; • Updating the firm's and client's case management systems; • Monitoring case progress and procedural developments; • Attending hearings and performing other activities necessary for the client's routine.

🎯 Requirements

• Active membership with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP); • Knowledge and experience in Consumer and Civil Law; • Postgraduate specialization in the area is a plus; • Strong written communication and logical reasoning skills are essential;
