📋 Description

• Responsible for a caseload of consumer and civil litigation; • Drafting all case filings and pleadings for the caseload; • Negotiating and executing settlements; • Updating the firm’s and the client’s case management systems; • Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up; • Other routine duties related to the caseload.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association); • Completed law degree; postgraduate studies in the field of practice preferred; • Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law; • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory); • Strong writing and analytical reasoning skills are essential; • Ability to work effectively in a team; • Good communication skills and professional demeanor; • Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands; • Oral and written communication proficiency; • Dependability and consistent attendance.
