📋 Description

• Will be responsible for a caseload of consumer and civil litigation; • Drafting all pleadings and filings for the caseload; • Negotiating and concluding settlements; • Updating firm and client case management systems; • Monitoring procedural progress and case status; • Other routine tasks related to the caseload.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration (São Paulo Bar Association); • Law degree (completed); postgraduate degree in the relevant area preferred; • Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law; • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory); • Strong legal writing and reasoning skills are essential; • Ability to work well in a team; • Good communication skills and professional demeanor; • Ability to manage high-volume caseloads and urgent deadlines; • Strong oral and written communication skills; • Reliability and consistent attendance.
