• Management of a caseload of civil proceedings for a client in the private health insurance sector; • Drafting pleadings, defenses, appeals, and handling hearings; • Aligning strategy with the client; • Updating case management systems; • Monitoring procedural progress; • Other day-to-day related tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (J.D. or equivalent); postgraduate specialization in the practice area preferred; • Active OAB/SP bar registration (Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo); • Experience in private health insurance (supplementary health) law; • Organized; • Strong writing skills; • Legal reasoning; • Ability to work well in a team; • Ability to handle high volumes and urgent matters; • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
