• Responsible for appeals analysis • Preparation of judicial calculations • Drafting legal opinions during the enforcement (execution) phase • Negotiating and concluding settlement agreements • Updating the firm’s and client’s case management systems • Monitoring case progress and procedural developments • Other routine tasks related to the caseload
