• Responsible for appeals analysis • Preparation of judicial calculations • Drafting legal opinions during the enforcement (execution) phase • Negotiating and concluding settlement agreements • Updating the firm’s and client’s case management systems • Monitoring case progress and procedural developments • Other routine tasks related to the caseload

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree (complete); postgraduate specialization in the area preferred • Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP) • Experience in civil litigation and consumer law • Ability to work quickly and stay organized • Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent deadlines • Strong oral and written communication skills • Reliability and regular attendance • High productivity • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
