• Drafting all court and administrative filings; • Direct contact with clients and alignment of case strategies; • Negotiating settlements; • Completing entries in the firm's and client's systems; • Monitoring case progress and procedural follow-up; • Attending hearings and performing other activities required for the client's routine.

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB/SP registration; • Knowledge of Civil Law, Civil Procedure and Consumer Law; • Knowledge of and postgraduate qualification in Gaming & Gambling Law is a plus; • Strong writing skills and logical reasoning are essential; • Proactivity; • Strong verbal and written communication; • Reliability and consistent attendance; • Commitment; • Productivity; • Technical proficiency; • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and peers.
