📋 Description

• Support the development of process improvement/QMS toolkit • Guide and influence factory QMS through training and governance programs • Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech Design and Product development team • Provide subject matter expertise for high risk programs • Conduct Factory Process Audit for new factory • Evaluate the quality KPIs of the factories • Work together with RO QM team and PMO for analytical work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Quality Management, Footwear, Engineering or related fields • 5-8 years of relevant experience in quality management for footwear • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills • Proven ability to develop and apply analytic solutions to solve business problems • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese, Chinese is a plus
