📋 Description

• Support the monitoring of end-to-end production activities across assigned factories • Assist in Risk Assessment and Pre-Production meetings to safeguard product quality and performance • Drive factory adherence to SOPs and product specifications during production • Track and report on core KPIs and ensure they are met or exceeded • Resolve daily production-related issues in collaboration with VF functions and Factory partners • Validate factory production planning schedule to achieve OTP targets • Assist in supervising production start-up for high-risk styles • Support the RSO team in verifying completion of compliance corrective action plans • Provide on-the-ground support for automation adoption and process changes • Prepare production reports and insights for management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production operations or technical roles • Experience working with overseas factories • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools • Fluent in English (written and verbal) and additional languages (Vietnamese, Khmer, Mandarin) are a plus. • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the region.
