📋 Description

• Understand client needs: Meet with users and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. • Design and develop features: Build custom components (Apex, LWC, Visualforce) and configure the platform to support specific business processes. • Propose improvements and optimizations: Analyze the use of Salesforce to identify opportunities for automation, performance enhancements, or usability improvements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with administrators, testers, architects, and other developers to ensure high-quality deliverables. • Provide support and maintenance: Resolve incidents, implement continuous improvements, and ensure that the solution remains aligned with client needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform. • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Solid experience with declarative tools: Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules. • Experience integrating with external systems via REST and/or SOAP APIs. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools. • Good understanding of Salesforce best practices: governor limits, security model, efficient use of triggers and classes. • Strong focus on test-driven development and maintaining test coverage above 85%. • Nice to have Experience with OmniStudio or Salesforce Industries (FSC). • Experience with deployment automation using GitHub Actions, SFDX, or Azure DevOps. • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) • Salesforce Administrator (preferred) • Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
