📋 Description

• Support the Project Manager in the creation of contract deliverables, project plans, and reports • Manage and maintain SharePoint-based training and help sites • Develop user-focused training materials including Work Instructions, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and How-To Videos • Design and administer end-user surveys to gather feedback on system functionality and training effectiveness • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline onboarding and minimize transition time from staff turnover • Provide additional project support and other duties as assigned within the scope of contract execution

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, user-friendly documentation • Experience developing training materials, SOPs, and instructional content • Familiarity with SharePoint site administration and content management • Effective communication and collaboration skills • Highly dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision • Able to commit to 10–20 hours per week, with a minimum of 40 hours completed within any four-week period.
