📋 Description
• Design compelling visuals and engaging motion assets across digital, product, and marketing channels. • Create social media campaigns, newsletters, product animations, and microinteractions. • Collaborate with product designers and developers to design micro interactions and in-app animations. • Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and branded merchandise. • Produce animations for social campaigns, newsletters, and ads. • Support presentations and create branded slides or pitch decks. • Animate and enhance brand assets (logos, illustrations, UI elements). • Support creation of print materials (flyers, posters, roll-ups, brochures). • Share creative ideas and design trends to keep the brand innovative.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or in a similar creative role. • Strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual design and motion/animation work. • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects (Premiere Pro a plus). • Comfortable working in Figma, using design libraries and preparing assets. • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail, timing, and visual storytelling. • Able to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results under deadlines. • Open to feedback, collaboration, and iteration. • Fluency in English (Danish is a plus). • Nice to have: • Experience with Lottie or exporting animations for mobile apps. • Knowledge of 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D) for simple motion assets. • Understanding of UI/UX principles and how motion supports usability.
