📋 Description

• Define and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Ensure the Product Backlog contains well-written, prioritized user stories. • Actively participate in ceremonies and support the definition of the technical roadmap with development teams. • Develop and communicate the strategic vision for your products, aligning business objectives, data, and customer experience. • Use analytical skills to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and propose scalable, high-impact solutions. • Conduct market analyses, benchmarks, and technical and financial feasibility studies. • Monitor performance KPIs, acquisition and conversion funnels, availability, engagement, and user satisfaction. • Lead experiments to validate hypotheses, document findings, and share learnings to drive product evolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in product management, preferably with digital products focused on operations or financial services. • Knowledge of agile methodologies. • Experience leading agile squads and/or prior experience as a Product Owner. • Advanced knowledge of product frameworks (opportunity tree, prioritization techniques, etc.).
