📋 Description

• Monitor the lifecycle of PIX and Open Finance products, analyzing and documenting improvements and changes for the technical team from conception through post-launch; • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to financial sector standards; • Develop projects for new product development and maintenance of existing products, managing timelines and ensuring deliveries are completed within the planned budget; • Define and prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; • Ensure the Product Backlog contains a set of well-written and prioritized user stories; • Actively participate in ceremonies and support the definition of the technical roadmap with development teams; • Identify problems and map opportunities to create product solutions that generate value for customers and the business, aligned with the company's strategic objectives; • Conduct market analyses, benchmarks, and technical and financial feasibility studies; • Monitor KPIs for performance, availability, engagement, and user satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Pix product or payment schemes at a financial institution, payment institution, or fintech; • Knowledge of agile methodologies; • Experience with regulatory matters (e.g., Central Bank regulations and the Open Finance framework) and products related to PIX and Open Finance, including design, development, and operation; • Experience with the Pix product in the banking segment, acquirers, or related areas; • Experience leading agile squads and/or previous experience as a Product Owner. • It would be great if you had: • Experience working on projects with technology teams, with an understanding of methodologies, system architecture, APIs, and integrations.
