📋 Description

• Conduct visits to physicians and designated sectors, representing the company to achieve commercial demand-generation and promotional objectives. • Plan, organize, monitor, and complete visit routes to maximize daily productivity and performance at the close of each work cycle. • Perform activities aligned with company values and use available resources in compliance with Compliance policies, ethically and productively. • Take a proactive approach to medical promotion and interpret/analyze audit information to achieve desired results. • Make planned contacts according to market potential and manage service items and promotional materials. • Maintain knowledge of the product portfolio, including product features, advantages, benefits, competitive positioning, and company strategies. • Establish contact and provide support to peers in other business units and retail colleagues to clarify questions and resolve issues. • Maintain close relationships with physicians and other customers involved in the development of business activities. • Understand and apply information about promoted products, competitors, and promotional materials. • Safeguard company assets, including computers, company vehicles, support materials, samples, and promotional materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related healthcare fields. • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. • Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, health, or related industries. • Basic English preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Basic knowledge of audit and market intelligence tools. • Good knowledge of presentation and influencing techniques. • Strong communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Versatility and flexibility. • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, supported by a solid understanding of the business. • Strong influencing skills.
