📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the long-range commercial plan for Selatogrel, integrating patient-flow insights, epidemiology, market sizing, pricing and access assumptions, supply considerations, and investment needs. • Design scalable go-to-market models and launch sequencing recommendations that reflect market opportunity, healthcare system dynamics, regulatory, access, supply, and market readiness requirements. • Partner with Global Market Access and HEOR to ensure payer value strategy, pricing scenarios, economic models, Global Value Dossier, payer communications, and access insights are translated into brand strategy, launch planning, and affiliate planning tools. • Manage the global commercial budget in partnership with Finance, ensuring investment priorities, resource allocation, and budget phasing align with strategic objectives and launch readiness needs. • Lead strategic workstreams, business case development, and scenario planning, translating assumptions, risks, trade-offs, investment implications, and business impact into clear executive-level recommendations. • Develop, track, assess, and align the organization around key launch performance metrics. • Provide commercial input into Strategic Lifecycle Plans for the cardiology portfolio and pipeline, while partnering with New Product Planning and Business Development to identify future internal and external growth opportunities, where relevant.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field required; advanced degree such as MBA, MSc, PharmD, or equivalent preferred. • Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotech commercial experience, including global or regional leadership roles. • Minimum 5 years of experience in new product planning, portfolio strategy, commercial strategy, launch planning, or a related role, with demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally, shape strategic plans, and prepare markets for commercialization. • Strategic and analytical, with strong commercial architecture skills and the ability to simplify complexity into clear choices. • Enterprise-minded, balancing global strategy with country-level impact, execution realities, and business priorities. • Pragmatic, structured, and outcome-oriented, with the ability to establish new ways of working and translate strategy into execution. • Collaborative and influential, with the confidence to pressure-test assumptions, constructively challenge stakeholders, and align teams without direct authority. • Independent and hands-on, with the ability to drive progress in a fast-moving environment. • Focused on creating value for patients, healthcare systems, markets, and the business. • Experience developing, integrating, or pressure-testing business cases, forecasts, investment scenarios, country plans, launch assumptions, and launch readiness frameworks. • Strong understanding of how pricing, reimbursement, affordability, healthcare system dynamics, and country execution realities shape commercial strategy. • Strong business acumen, financial management, resource prioritization, and executive communication. • Experience working in complex matrix organizations and influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. • High standard of integrity and commitment to compliance and ethical conduct. • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus. • Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 20–30%.
