• Create and maintain vendor/customer master data in accordance with global standards and governance policies. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Sourcing, affiliates, and manufacturing sites to resolve master data issues and meet business objectives. • Contribute to the definition and maintenance of Viatris-wide data definitions, terminology, data quality metrics, and business rules. • Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for all vendor/customer master data-related matters. • Write, revise, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and process documentation. • Analyze and resolve master data issues to support efficient daily operations. • Represent the Global Vendor/Customer Master Data function in SAP implementation and transformation projects, ensuring alignment between global and local teams. • Support data cleansing, enrichment, and migration activities during system implementations. • Provide training and guidance to business units on vendor/customer master data processes and best practices. • Assist in system development initiatives by gathering requirements, drafting test scripts, and executing test cases. • Lead data cleansing and harmonization efforts, developing effective rules and procedures in collaboration with stakeholders. • Conduct regular data quality audits to ensure vendor master data remains accurate, complete, and compliant. • Identify, escalate, and manage the resolution of data quality issues.
• Proven experience in a master data management role, preferably focused on vendor/customer master data. • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems is required; SAP S/4HANA experience is strongly preferred. • Experience with Business Partner (BP) transformation in S/4HANA, including migration from legacy customer/vendor records, BP role configuration, and integration with procurement and finance modules. • Experience with processing mass creations/updates preferably with the usage of SAP GUI scripting is a plus • Strong attention to detail and a consistent track record of delivering high-quality, accurate data. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SQL is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and bring structure to complex challenges. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience. • Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder engagement skills.
