📋 Description

• Creates reports and dashboards of sales force performance and call metrics • Responsible for development and implementation of sales force alignments • Manages large, relational data for reporting • Serves as the central point of contact for data and analytical requests • Collaborates with business partners for sales force effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) • 1-4 years of experience • Bachelor of Science/Arts degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field preferred • Experience working in Sales Operations and/or Pharmaceutical company preferred • Prior experience in Alteryx, PowerBI, Tableau, and/or SQL • Familiarity with syndicated subnational data sources • Strong communication and organizational skills • High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office programs • Basic understanding of statistics
