📋 Description
• Develop, enhance and increase regional sales performance to meet/exceed annual objectives • Ensure corporate sales and marketing direction is executed within a geographic area • Implement the regional strategy and/or district sales strategy • Develop and maintain solid customer relationships • Respond to the needs of the customer in a timely and professional manner • Analyze and evaluate the performance of the team as well as sales figures and territory data
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree • 8+ years’ pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales management experience required • Valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record • Ability to travel 60-70% (will include overnight travel) • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
