Vicharanashala (Lab for Education Design) is the research and design lab at IIT Ropar focused on creating evidence-based, technology-driven learning solutions and educational products. The lab develops platforms and tools such as ViBe (a unified educational platform), PES (Peer Evaluation System), and DDD (interactive dashboards) to support personalized learning, assessment, engagement analytics, and classroom-centered research. VLED combines interdisciplinary academic research with real-world classroom testing to design scalable, integration-ready edtech solutions for students, educators, and institutions.

📋 Description

• Provide essential academic and operational support to the Chief AI Learning Scientist • Draft, format, and finalize lesson notes, assignments, and study materials • Assist in designing quizzes, exams, rubrics, and assessment tools • Configure and update content on the LMS • Collaborate with LMS technical teams to resolve issues • Maintain documentation of curriculum changes and student feedback • Generate performance reports and support team scheduling and coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in curriculum coordination, academic support, or LMS-based content management • Strong written communication and attention to detail • Experience with LMS platforms and office productivity tools • Familiarity with basic pedagogy and assessment design • Nice to Have: Experience in higher education, edtech, or AI-related fields.
