• Manage full HR lifecycle from recruitment to exit formalities • Handle payroll coordination and employee records management • Facilitate onboarding and maintain attendance tracking
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years in end-to-end HR operations • Proficiency in Zoho HR tools • Strong organizational skills • Understanding of statutory compliance • Excellent communication abilities
