📋 Description
• Analyze prescriptions submitted by our beneficiaries, ensuring adherence to the proposed SLA with speed and accuracy. • Assist with the reimbursement and qualification queue (when necessary). • Interact with partner teams to resolve requests. • Open support tickets whenever necessary.
🎯 Requirements
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office—especially Excel—and email). • Attention to detail, focus, proactivity, and an analytical mindset for task execution. • Good interpersonal skills, clear written and verbal communication, and a customer-focused attitude. • Team player.
