📋 Description

• Drive the design, implementation and delivery of full-stack solutions • Lead, coach and mentor a team of Software Engineers • Report on development status, quality and system performance • Work closely with engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach • Hire Software Engineers • Design, implement, test and maintain innovative software solutions • Establish and maintain software engineering best practices to ensure high-quality team deliverables • Write high-quality distributed system software • Contribute to the architecture and design of new and current systems • Perform code reviews • Collaborate with other teams and departments to gather and share information relating to team activities • Perform other tasks and responsibilities related to the Development Team Lead role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent • Considerable experience in software development • Leading experience and using Agile Development methodologies (facultative) • Strong background in contributing to the architecture and designing new and current systems • Working knowledge of Unix/Linux • Object-oriented programming in PHP, Java or C# • Strong software development qualities, including the ability to drive creative and innovative solutions to complex problems • Experience fostering a culture of modern engineering practices • Strong knowledge of MySQL • Experience with distributed revision-control tools • Knowledge of modern JavaScript framework • Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
