📋 Description
• Coordinate between clients and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution • Understand client requirements in detail and convert them into actionable tasks • Track project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and overall progress • Use AI tools and project management platforms to manage tasks and workflows • Proactively identify risks, delays, or issues and implement immediate solutions • Manage client expectations with patience, clarity, and professionalism • Prepare schedules, reports, documentation, and project updates for both teams and clients • Ensure all projects meet defined timelines, scope, and quality standards • Support process improvements and team coordination for efficient project delivery
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years of experience in project management • Strong communication and coordination skills • Knowledge of AI tools and PM platforms (Notion, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.) • Proactive problem-solving ability • Patience and client-handling experience • Time management and multi-tasking • Technical understanding to work with engineering teams • Must be currently staying in New Delhi or willing to relocate immediately (non-negotiable)
