âą Create interfaces in Figma aligned with VIK's visual identity and usability principles. âą Develop visual elements and imagery used in the app, ensuring a modern and coherent aesthetic. âą Participate in defining business rules and user experience flows. âą Conduct research, interviews, and usability tests to understand the real needs of our users. âą Collaborate with Product, Front-end, and Back-end teams, turning ideas into functional and intuitive solutions. âą Oversee the implementation process, ensuring the final product faithfully reflects the proposed design.
đŻ Requirements
âą Completed or in-progress degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI, Digital Design, or a related field. âą Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop. âą Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and empathy for the end user. âą Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset. âą Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
