📋 Description

• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking • Coordinate activities across multiple departments • Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project progress • Assist with budget tracking and risk identification • Collaborate with healthcare, maritime, logistics, and technical stakeholders • Support training, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress preferred • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Interest in project management, healthcare, maritime operations, or logistics • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is a plus • Healthcare or maritime experience is beneficial but not required • Recent graduate, student nearing degree completion, entry-level project coordinator, or career changer
