📋 Description

• Lead the introduction of agentic AI development practices • Own the AI-assisted reverse engineering of the legacy platform • Define and execute the technology strategy and multi-year engineering roadmap • Make critical architectural decisions to decompose legacy systems • Transform today's manual QA and deployment processes into a fully automated • Build a metrics-driven engineering culture from the ground up • Assess, restructure, and upgrade the engineering team where required • Partner closely with the EVP of Global Product to ensure alignment between product strategy and engineering execution

🎯 Requirements

• Direct hands-on experience with modern agentic AI development tooling (Claude, Cursor, Kiro, GitHub Copilot, MCP-based integrations, or equivalent) • Demonstrated experience using AI to reverse-engineer legacy codebases • 15+ years of progressive software engineering experience in operating roles • Explicit experience owning a multi-geography operating model with India as a substantive footprint • Deep hands-on architecture experience, including leading large-scale platform modernization efforts • Strong command of agile methodologies at scale • Track record of building and implementing engineering metrics programs • Executive presence and comfort in customer-facing settings • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
