📋 Description

• Lead the architecture and modeling of analytical data focused on product metrics and the customer journey; • Serve as the technical reference for the Analytics Engineering team, promoting quality standards, versioning, and documentation of code and data pipelines; • Plan, review, and evolve pipelines in SQL, dbt, and other tools in our stack; • Ensure governance, reliability, and quality of the data used in experimentation (e.g., A/B tests), dashboards, and product analyses; • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to identify opportunities, define metrics, support decision-making, and measure the impact of features and improvements; • Mentor and technically develop the team, promoting best practices in data engineering and product analytics; • Stay on top of analytics engineering trends, introducing innovations and automations to increase efficiency and competitiveness; • Define, implement, and evolve centralized metrics (the organization’s “source of truth”), documented and maintained for the entire company; • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and impact-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Tech Lead in data squads, preferably with experience in digital or financial products; • Advanced expertise in data modeling, building data marts, and developing scalable analytical pipelines; • Hands-on experience with dbt (essential for our transformation processes) and code versioning tools (Git/GitHub); • Proficiency in SQL for manipulating and transforming large volumes of data; • Proficiency in Python for extracting and orchestrating data pipelines; • Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between the credit squad’s business needs and technical execution; • Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar); • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
