• Lead the Base ERP Business Unit (BU) • Responsible for the P&L and the product's strategic vision • Set the business roadmap and orchestrate priorities • Influence Product, Engineering, Marketing, CX, and Finance teams • Establish the long-term vision, positioning, and commercial strategy • Identify and implement new revenue streams • Drive structural integration decisions between Base ERP and the Asaas platform
• Solid experience leading SaaS businesses or high-complexity products (ERP, NFe — electronic invoicing, Financial Management) • Proven P&L management and familiarity with financial metrics (revenue, margin, LTV/CAC) • Experience with pricing strategies and offer models (freemium, bundles, plans) • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, etc.) • Ability to translate strategic priorities into tactical decisions • Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders (C-level / Executive Board) • Performance-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs • Preferable experience with integrations to e-commerce platforms and indirect sales channels • Experience at growth-stage technology companies
