📋 Description
• Lead and develop the cross-functional data team in a product context • Ensure the definition, tracking, and reliability of product metrics, KPIs, and dashboards that guide the evolution of the customer experience and business impact • Lead the implementation of experiments (A/B tests), guiding the team on statistical methodologies and best practices for causal inference • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to identify improvement opportunities, formulate hypotheses, and measure impact • Review the team's code and deliverables, providing technical feedback and ensuring quality • Monitor product and data trends, bringing innovations that increase the company's competitiveness • Foster a collaborative, impact-oriented work environment
🎯 Requirements
• Degree or equivalent practical experience in Data Analysis or Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related fields • Strong experience with SQL • Experience with Python, including statistical analysis and experimentation • Experience with agile methodologies and leading data teams in a product context • Knowledge of statistics applied to hypothesis testing and product experiments • Ability to communicate clearly and accessibly to different audiences (technical and non-technical) • Experience with code versioning (GitHub) • Professional experience with BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
