📋 Description

• Act in the legal and regulatory analysis of new products and services (credit, payments, PIX, postpaid, BaaS), translating regulations and structuring viable solutions for the Product, Commercial and Finance teams. • Interpret rules from the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen), the CVM and other regulators applicable to Asaas’ financial operations and partnerships. • Identify regulatory risks and opportunities in new business models. • Provide legal advice on financial and payments laws and regulations. • Work closely with Product, FP&A, Commercial and Tech teams, ensuring a clear understanding of legal deliverables and translating risks and obligations into accessible language. • Contribute to the development and monitoring of legal KPIs that impact the business: average response time, automation rate, volume of contracts reviewed via self-service, savings and risk mitigation. • Support the digital transformation of the Legal team by proposing process improvements, automations and the intelligent use of data and technology (CLM, Projuris, dashboards).

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association). • Intermediate English. • Solid experience with financial regulation, products and markets, with a strong interface with business areas. • Experience in financial services, payments and technology. • Excellent communication, writing and negotiation skills. • Ability to translate complex legal topics into practical business and commercial decisions. • Preferred qualifications: • Experience in fintechs, IPs, SCFIs or financial technology companies. • Experience in M&A transactions. • Experience in tax.
