• Manage a portfolio of strategic partners, monitoring performance, revenue, and engagement metrics • Act as a consultative and analytical partner, understanding each partner’s business model and supporting their growth with Asaas • Monitor success KPIs such as active customer volume, LTV, churn, integration usage, and channel-generated revenue • Lead follow-up meetings focused on results, action plans, and improvement opportunities • Identify and anticipate risks of disengagement or poor performance, proposing solutions and recovery plans • Work in close collaboration with Channel Executives, Partner Enablement, and Channel Marketing to ensure a smooth and consistent partner journey • Support advanced onboarding of new partners until they reach full operation, connecting with internal teams as needed • Design and track personalized growth plans, focusing on targets, campaigns, and expansion opportunities • Collect strategic feedback and relay insights to product, marketing, and sales teams to continuously improve the partner experience.
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, Channels, or Partnerships, preferably at B2B or SaaS companies • Experience managing accounts and relationships with integration partners, distributors, or startups • Knowledge of success and performance metrics (churn, LTV, revenue per partner, engagement) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills • Organization, prioritization, and autonomy to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
