• Ensure that new solutions integrated into Asaas provide the best first-use experience for customers. • Serve as the primary point of contact for the initial user journey in these products. • Map the customer journey from discovery of new business lines to successful first use, removing friction points. • Define and monitor activation and engagement metrics and use data to guide decisions. • Work closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and the teams responsible for the new business lines. • Conduct customer research, usability testing, and A/B testing. • Prioritize the product backlog with initiatives that have the greatest impact on feature adoption and retention.
• Previous experience as a Product Manager, preferably in fintechs, SaaS, or B2B companies. • Proven experience optimizing activation funnels, onboarding, or feature adoption. • Knowledge of Product-Led Growth (PLG) or revenue expansion strategies (upsell and cross-sell). • Proficiency in data analysis. • Familiarity with analytics platforms. • Clear communication and strong collaboration skills. • Strategic business vision.
