📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design, hypothesis testing, simulation, and optimization of business rules and strategies throughout the customer lifecycle • Develop and apply advanced data analysis, optimization, and scenario simulation techniques, including backtesting and stress testing • Measure the financial impact of changes to business rules before deploying them to production • Build, calibrate, and enhance decisioning strategies and rules for credit origination/onboarding, dynamic credit-limit management, pricing, portfolio maintenance, and collections • Use and contribute to policy simulation frameworks, A/B testing and Champion/Challenger methodologies, routine modularization, and analytical structures for presentations • Monitor the performance of decisioning flows and strategies through business and risk metrics, recommending adjustments • Apply decision algorithms, machine learning, and mathematical optimization to develop dynamic, personalized strategies • Incorporate Artificial Intelligence and automation tools into daily workflows • Collaborate with Risk, Fraud Prevention, and Finance teams, translating analyses into actionable technical recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Solid, proven experience structuring and optimizing credit risk strategies, working hands-on with Data Science in financial institutions, fintechs, credit bureaus, or consulting firms • Advanced proficiency in programming languages for data analysis and Data Science • Proficiency in programming languages and hands-on experience with Big Data environments for extracting, cleaning, and creating analytical variables • Strong practical experience in predictive modeling applied to policy development • Experience designing and evaluating A/B tests • Experience with classification and regression algorithms • Experience with constrained optimization and simulations • Good understanding of Credit P&L, Risk-Adjusted Return, Loss Provision, NPL, LTV, vintages, and roll rates
