📋 Description

• Own the notification and registration of food and food supplements across Southeast Asian markets • Research local regulations and translate them into practical requirements for Vilgain • Ensure products, labels, claims and supporting documentation meet local requirements • Handle registrations, licences, permits, import requirements, environmental schemes, taxes and other market-entry obligations • Prepare, submit and maintain regulatory documentation throughout the product lifecycle • Work with local regulatory consultants, importers, distributors and other external partners • Communicate with local authorities and help resolve regulatory questions or issues • Monitor regulatory changes and identify impacts on products or expansion plans • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Quality and Physical Product teams to incorporate regulatory requirements into product development • Support new product launches by identifying regulatory requirements and risks early • Maintain accurate, structured and accessible regulatory documentation and records • Help build scalable regulatory processes and a knowledge base for future Southeast Asia expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regulatory affairs or product compliance, ideally within food, dietary supplements or a related industry • Understanding of food and/or supplement regulations and different national regulatory frameworks • Hands-on experience with product notifications, registrations, market-entry requirements or regulatory documentation • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple markets, products and projects simultaneously • Strong research skills, including reading legislation and translating it into practical next steps • Confident English communication with internal stakeholders, external partners and authorities • Knowledge of one or more Southeast Asian languages is a strong plus • Proactive and independent working style • Ability to communicate clearly with different stakeholders and challenge existing approaches • Ability to work remotely from the stated location
