📋 Description

• As an AMS Consultant at 2nd-level support, you are the point of contact for our customers for all UI5 and Fiori UI application inquiries • Your diverse responsibilities include accepting, analyzing and resolving customer tickets from 1st-level support — as well as tracking them and providing feedback to the customer using the group's ticketing system • You constantly monitor the applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with our customers and ensure that a defined escalation process is followed if SLAs are not met • You provide comprehensive support to our customers via phone and electronic support channels, recommend suitable improvements to SAP business processes, and thereby contribute to process optimization for our clients • Through your clear and efficient communication you create added value for our customers and make a significant contribution to problem resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Experience implementing user interfaces using SAPUI5 or OpenUI5 • Knowledge of integrating OData services from various backend systems • Familiarity with modern SAP development tools (SAP Fiori, UI5, Web IDE) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, determine root causes and propose practical solutions • Team player attitude, resilience and the flexibility to respond quickly to new requirements • Good German language skills are required for supporting German-speaking customers in the DACH region. Good English skills are desirable
