📋 Description

• Take on a key role in the global HR digitalization program — the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors • Project coordination: coordinate the implementation of the Performance & Goal Management module • Module configuration: design and configure local requirements • Document configuration, develop functional specifications, test plans, and training materials • Work closely with HR teams and the SuccessFactors team in France

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification • 5 years of professional experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management • Knowledge of SAP HCM and the Employee Central module is an advantage • Structured working style with a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for challenges • Good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage
