📋 Description

• You monitor the IT environments of our clients from the upper mid-market and large corporations, ensuring everything runs smoothly • You handle complex incidents, problems and changes in sophisticated IT environments — including our own data centers and platforms — and find fast, clever solutions • You maintain close contact with our clients, understand their needs and technologies, develop tailored concepts and sometimes provide quick workarounds • By documenting incidents and solutions thoroughly, you ensure that our service quality remains consistently high

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable role • Solid knowledge of firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto or similar vendors), as well as proxy, WAF (e.g., F5), mail security and networking technologies (e.g., Aruba, Extreme, Cisco) • Ideally, you have additional hands-on experience with one or two of these vendors • You are fascinated by new technologies and don’t want to miss any trends • You take ownership of our clients’ challenges — a permanent workaround is not an option for you • As a technology-driven, customer-focused and personable professional with a sense of humor, you share your knowledge within the team, helping to build expertise and foster a respectful working environment • You have business-fluent German and very good English skills
