📋 Description
• Support FP&A and regional operations management with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages • Conduct MOM/YOY trend analysis for various operational and productivity metrics • Assist with revenue cycle management reporting and analysis • Help with the implementation of new software systems and initiatives to optimize financial and operational processes
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics or related field • 0-2 years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth in Finance, Business Analytics or Operations positions • Strong analytical skills • Advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills • Workday/Axiom/DOMO experience a plus
