📋 Description

• Develop architectural concepts for offsite factory partners, ensuring cost efficiency and manufacturability. • Draft floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, architectural details, construction set documentation, renderings and 3D models. • Support the Site Design team to prepare documents and specifications for permitting and construction. • Ensure all designs align with building codes, regulations, and manufacturing capabilities. • Address technical challenges to maintain design integrity. • Stay up to date with offsite industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects. • Support the project team in maintaining schedules and delivering projects on time and within budget. • Curate Villa’s model library.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent • 4+ years of architectural drafting experience with a focus on factory-built housing strongly preferred • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Bluebeam • Experience with BIM management • Expertise in architectural drawings, design, and renders • Experience with offsite construction methods • Strong understanding of IRC, CRC, and HUD building codes and permitting processes • Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovative design • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent English communication and collaboration abilities • Growth mindset, adaptability, and willingness to tackle challenges outside of your comfort zone • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
