📋 Description

• Handle high-complexity labor cases, drafting strategic procedural filings • Attend hearings and conduct procedural acts • Direct client contact, ensuring alignment and follow-up on matters • Participate in meetings to define litigation strategies • Coordinate with company representatives and witnesses • Provide advisory work, drafting legal opinions and offering strategic legal support

🎯 Requirements

• Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association) • Minimum of 10 years of experience in labor law • Strong knowledge of substantive and procedural labor law • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with legal case management systems • Postgraduate degree or Master’s in a related field • Proficiency in English
