📋 Description

• Performing account balance and transaction inquiries, and handling card orders and card blocks • Posting transfers and standing orders • Providing telephone assistance for general customer inquiries • Proactive, needs-based customer outreach • Scheduling appointments with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Basic commercial/administrative knowledge is sufficient; a formal commercial qualification is not mandatory • Enjoyment of customer service and working with clients • Good MS Office skills • Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work independently
