📋 Description

• Побудова та системний розвиток gaming community навколо мобільних ігор • Комунікація з гравцями: відповіді на запитання та відгуки, допомога з проблемами, модерація і збір фідбеку • Розвиток Discord, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook та інших релевантних каналів • Створення контенту, конкурсів, rewards та інших community-активностей • Спільно з продуктовою командою запуск механік, що переводять аудиторію з гри в community • Підтримка оновлень, LiveOps та інших продуктових ініціатив через комунікацію з гравцями • Аналіз результатів активностей і пошук способів підвищення engagement та retention

🎯 Requirements

• Досвід Game Community Management у gamedev або на близькій за функціоналом ролі • Граєш в ігри та добре розумієш gaming culture, поведінку гравців, сленг і меми • Розуміння, як будувати активне community • Розуміння специфіки та алгоритмів TikTok, Instagram, Discord та інших платформ • Уміння створювати та адаптувати контент під різні соціальні канали • Сильний копірайтинг англійською; основний ринок США • Досвід роботи з AI-інструментами для контенту та комунікації • Розуміння основних community/social metrics та вміння працювати з даними • Плюсом є досвід у SMM та любов до life simulation / The Sims-like games
