• Accurately process and record accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit memos, into the appropriate accounting systems • Maintain accurate customer files, including invoices and payment records • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting • Maintain accurate documentation of all AR activities in compliance with company policies • Reconcile customer accounts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies in a timely manner • Support the annual external audit and quarterly reviews by preparing and organizing supporting documentation • Support continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency in AR operations • Perform adhoc projects and tasks as assigned
• 2+ years of experience in an accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related financial role • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and billing software (e.g., Zuora) • Advanced-level Microsoft Excel skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with vendors, customers, and internal teams • Highly organized and accountable • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
