📋 Description

• Virta Health is on a mission to reverse Type 2 diabetes and obesity in 1 Billion people.. Current treatment approaches aren’t working—over half of US adults have either type 2 diabetes or obesity. Virta is changing this by helping people reverse type 2 diabetes and obesity through innovations in technology, personalized nutrition, and virtual care delivery reinvented from the ground up. • This role is at the heart of successfully scaling at Virta. The Director of Product, Client Group is a strategic role accountable for proving that we can be more effective and efficient at 10x scale than we are today. • You will be accountable for the product vision and roadmap for Virta’s client operations platform, spanning core services like eligibility ingestion, claims integration, data exchange pipelines, billing support, reporting, marketing enablement, and accounting operations. • You’ll lead a team of product managers and partners cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Success, Finance, and Implementation to drive the foundation that powers Virta’s growth. • If you’re motivated by complexity, energized by data, the possibilities of applying AI to solve real problems and passionate about building scalable systems that drive meaningful impact, we’d love to meet you.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 8+ years of experience in a product management, or related product development role. • Are at the forefront of generative AI, building ahead of the curve to make the most of exponential improvements, turning capabilities like vector spaces, LLMs, core GPT capabilities, MCP and agentic flows into powerful systems for care teams • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity driving 0 to 1 product development. • You’ve tackled data interoperability or integration initiatives. You’ll need to understand APIs, FHIR standards, Eligibility and Claims data to write product specs that translate business requirements to technical specs. • You enjoy solving data problems and how data can be leveraged across systems. • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills • Experience in IPO Readiness, or evolving similarly mature quote to cash systems. • Experience shipping consumer-facing applications with a focus on behavior change is a plus
