📋 Description

• Serve as a technical leader and primary liaison between application development, infrastructure, security, and SRE teams • Architect, implement, and maintain highly available CI/CD pipelines supporting multiple environments (ephemeral, staging, pre-production, production) • Lead the automation of infrastructure, deployments, and operational workflows, reducing manual effort and improving consistency • Design and implement cloud-native monitoring, alerting, and observability strategies using cloud APIs and third-party tooling • Maintain runbooks and operational documentation • Identify systemic issues and proactively improve reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency • Influence and define Platform DevOps best practices, standards, and guardrails across the organization • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and patterns, making recommendations aligned with business and engineering goals

🎯 Requirements

• You must live in Latin America (basically anywhere in the Americas except Canada and the USA) • A strong level of English, both spoken and written • 5–7 years of professional DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering experience • 4+ years designing, building, and operating CI/CD pipelines at scale (CircleCI is required. GitHub Actions also in use). • 4+ years supporting and operating mission-critical production environments • 3+ years of Infrastructure as Code experience, primarily using Terraform Cloud • 4+ years of public cloud experience, with deep expertise in AWS • Strong experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms (e.g., Datadog preferred) • Demonstrated experience leading or significantly contributing to large-scale platform or migration initiatives • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
