• Call warm leads provided by the client and follow up with contacts who interacted with previous email campaigns • Introduce yourself professionally and explain the purpose of calls • Determine prospects' questions or information needs • Explain basic event information using the approved script and resources • Answer common event questions and encourage interested prospects to purchase tickets • Provide ticket-purchase links and assist prospects through the purchasing process • Follow up with interested leads • Record sales outcomes and update lead statuses after each interaction • Track interested, undecided, converted, and unavailable leads • Flag questions or issues requiring escalation • Provide daily activity and results updates • Submit end-of-day reports covering calls, leads, prospects, sales, follow-ups, objections, and issues • Work toward the KPI of selling 60 event tickets within 3–4 weeks
• 1–3 years of work experience • Previous telesales, sales, appointment-setting, lead-generation, or customer-facing experience • Excellent spoken English • Clear and professional pronunciation • Confident telephone manner • Strong interpersonal and conversational skills • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections and questions • Comfortable asking for the sale • Ability to follow a sales script naturally • Strong listening skills • Professional and courteous communication style • Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results • Strong attention to detail • Reliable attendance and availability during Sydney / Australian Eastern business hours • Ability to communicate professionally with medical professionals and business decision-makers • Highly preferred: experience selling to businesses or professionals • Highly preferred: warm-lead follow-up and marketing-generated lead conversion experience • Highly preferred: event ticket sales, telesales, or appointment-setting experience • Highly preferred: experience with Australian clients or customers • Highly preferred: experience using CRMs or lead-tracking systems • CV and a voice recording of self-introduction and experience required upon application
