📋 Description

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies for multiple construction-industry clients. • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, graphics, videos, reels) tailored to each client’s audience and goals. • Manage and grow clients’ presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others as relevant. • Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and prepare regular reports for internal teams and clients. • Provide accurate tracking and reporting of social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance. • Analyze social media insights and data to recommend improvements and optimize future strategies. • Collaborate with the design, content, and SEO teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and aligned with overall marketing strategies. • Research industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep strategies fresh and effective. • Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent posting frequency across all accounts. • Suggest innovative ideas to increase visibility and engagement for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) managing organic social media for multiple brands/clients (agency experience preferred). • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. • Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency. • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar) preferred. • Ability to analyze data and create actionable recommendations. • Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple clients/accounts. • Knowledge of the construction or B2B industry is a plus.
